- Frame production
According to the budget and specific needs, select a suitable frame (aluminum profile), cut the size according to the design, assemble the corresponding angle code, and fix the screws to ensure that the overall frame is firm.
- Backboard and frame combination
Cut the backboard material according to the frame size, check whether the backboard matches the frame size, whether it is too large or too small, and fix it with screws after confirmation to ensure that the backboard is flat and firmly fixed.
- Install the light bar
Select a light bar of appropriate wattage, and connect the light bar wiring to the light box. The wiring is required to be flat and the light bar is evenly distributed to ensure that the light source of the light box is uniform. Fix it with tape and screws to avoid de-wirement. After correct installation, connect the power supply and controller to test the working status of the LED light strip.
- Canvas printing and combination
Print the designed pattern on the light box canvas (soft film), sew the edges of the canvas into hemming so that it can be fixed in the card slot on the frame, tighten and ensure that the canvas is flat and wrinkle-free.
- Assembly and testing
Assemble all materials and carefully check whether there are curling, warping and other undesirable phenomena on the surface of the light box; after confirming that the surface of the light box is correct, power on to check the brightness and uniformity of the light strip to ensure that the light box can work normally.
- Installation and maintenance
The light box can be installed in a variety of ways, such as hoisting, hanging, and vertical installation. It can be installed according to your needs and maintained on time to ensure that the light box has good advertising effect and service life.
